Tommy travels to you. Every suit is cut and sewn by hand in his workshop in Athens, Georgia, but the conversations and fittings happen where you are.
- Consultation. A first conversation about the occasion, the cut, and the cloth. You’ll handle English cloth from Dugdale Brothers and settle the details together.
- Measuring and pattern. Twenty-seven measurements, then a paper pattern drafted by hand for you alone.
- Fittings. Tommy returns to Nashville for fittings as the suit takes shape, adjusting it to your shoulders, your posture, and the way you actually stand.
- Hand finishing. Lapels padded by hand, the collar set, buttonholes and edges worked by eye. More than 100 hours of handwork in all.
